When will you have more available stock?

I am busy behind the scenes making lots. I aim to do a ‘drop’ each quarter but this is sometimes delayed due to private commissions, wholesale orders, pop-ups & working in a communal studio. If you follow me on Instagram then you’ll be updated there, or if you subscribe, you’ll get a 24-hr preview whenever I do a ‘drop’. 

If I buy multiples will they be the same?

Because I make everything by hand there will be small (yet charming) differences between each piece. I aim to make collections as similar as possible but it’s done by eye so there will be some irregularities. 

BESPOKE ORDERS 
How long do made-to-order products take?

Lead times on bespoke-made orders will be between 5-12vweeks depending on the size and complexity of the order. Its only me so lead times may vary depending on the number of commissions we are currently working on. In addition, I work in a communal studio so there is a queue to get through.

How does payments work?

All bespoke-made orders require a 75% non-refundable deposit before I start making. I will be in communication with you throughout the process to ensure we’re on the same page. The remaining 25% plus postage will be paid upon completion and before dispatch. 

Can I return my made-to-order item if it is not as expected?

I unfortunately do not accept returns. If it is a custom order, we will however stay in contact throughout the process to ensure we are aligned on the vision and specifications of your bespoke product.

If I am re-creating a piece you have already seen then I will ensure it is as close to it as possible but with all handmade products, there will be a slight variability.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I offer international shipping. You will see the rates at checkout as it depends on the size of your order. You are responsible for any international duty or import taxes.
