1. Introduction
By accessing and using our website to purchase our ceramics, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.
2. Interpretation
"Us," "we," and "our" refer to Jessie Morrison | Ceramics. "You" refers to the customer or user of our website.
3. Order Acceptance
Upon placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract will take place on dispatch of the products unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have canceled it in accordance with the cancellation policy.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT at the current rates. We reserve the right to adjust prices to take into account any increase in our supplier's prices or the imposition of any taxes or duties.
5. Delivery
For products in stock, we aim to dispatch your order within 5-10 working days. For any made to order purchases, please refer to the product page for delivery information. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by email or telephone. Risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods passes to you at the time of delivery. We use Royal Mail shipping with tracked delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
At this point, there is a no returns or exchange policy.
7. Made to order
All products made to order require a 50% deposit upfront and then the final 50% upon completion and before dispatch.
8. Finished pieces
Due to all Jessie Morrison Ceramic products being handmade, it does mean that each on is completely unique and colours and sizes may vary slightly to the products you see on this website or social media platforms.
9. Cancellation Policy
For products ‘in stock’ you may cancel your order at any time before the dispatch of the products. For made to order products, you can cancel up until you have paid the deposit.
10. Disclaimer
We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete, and current. However, we cannot guarantee that the information is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on our website.
